Who are we?

The Los Angeles Training Institute for Alcohol & Drug Counseling is a brand new school that offers a comprehensive educational program for individuals seeking a career in the Alcohol and Drug field. We provide continuing education units to Certified/Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors and professionals working in the field. In addition, we provide a variety of workshops for professionals, interested individuals, and students that want to learn more in the Alcohol and Drug field. Our professional staff consist of well-trained instructors that have more than 10 years of teaching and working within various settings in the field of Chemical Dependency.

What we do?

We provide students with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to become an effective counselor in the Alcohol and Drug field. Upon successful completion of The Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certificate Program and CCAPP requirements, graduates will be able to sit for the state and national exams to become a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. The certificate is highly recognized by outpatient/residential alcohol and drug treatment centers. Our certificate in Alcohol and Drug Counseling exceeds the requirement for the state.
